When making your return please use a shipping method with tracking and insurance as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 days to process your return. You will be refunded the full amount you paid for the items you purchased. We do not refund shipping costs until unless the flaw is from the company.
